What this service is — and isn't
Astrocartography is a symbolic practice, not a science. The astronomical calculations behind the lines are real and precise; the meanings attached to them are an interpretive tradition with no scientific standing.
Nothing on this site is a prediction, and nothing here is advice about your health, your finances, your relationships, your career, immigration, or where you should live. It is intended for personal reflection and entertainment. Please don't make significant life decisions on the basis of it, and speak to an appropriately qualified professional about anything that matters.
What you get when you pay
For a single one-off payment you receive, for your chart: every planetary line calculated within roughly 900 km of any place you choose, a written synthesis for as many places as you like, the full ranked results for each of the six intentions, and an atlas covering your map as a whole. The current price is shown at checkout before you pay. There is no account and no subscription — you will not be charged again.
Immediate delivery and your right to cancel
Because your reading is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want it straight away and that you understand this means giving up your statutory 14-day right to cancel. You cannot complete a purchase without confirming this, and we record that you did.
Refunds
If the reading fails to generate, delivers something clearly broken, or you were charged more than once, email hello@wherethestarsfall.com and we will refund you in full. We can't offer refunds simply because you disagree with an interpretation — that is a matter of belief, and the nature of the content is set out plainly above and throughout the site before you buy.
Accuracy
Planetary positions are computed from a standard modern ephemeris, and timezones from the standard timezone database. Both are accurate, but the output depends entirely on the birth details you supply. An error of one hour in your birth time moves every line by roughly 1,100 km. We can't be responsible for readings produced from incorrect details.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volume, or resell the output as your own. We may withdraw access if you do.
Liability
We provide this service "as is" and don't guarantee it will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
